Last Week I posted about my first week of trying a one-week resolution. This was my alternative to the standard New Years Resolution. One thing I noticed last week – I started thinking about multiple week goals for the next few months. I had to stop myself from taking the dark path to some big-ticket resolution.
Today, I’m going to start week two by continuing my simple weekly goals for this next week (Jan 10-16):
1. Blog three times this week
2. Work out twice this week
3. Work on a new speech about structure (part of a new series I need to work on)
That’s it. Let’s see if this “week at a time” idea gets me anywhere. Are you trying it?
